In the event of any damage to any car that cannot be repaired by the car’s own mechanic, a dedicated team of damage repair specialist mechanics will assist. In the event of more cars being damaged than the damage repair team can attend to, damage repair will be prioritised in the order of championship position, or test, practice or qualifying performances should this occur before the first race.

No spare cars may be used in the event of damage to a driver’s car.
