Since the new era of the F2 series began in 2009, Comma has been a major Technical Partner to the FIA Formula Two Championship as the official supplier of lubricants and chemicals. Founded in 1965, the company specialises in the supply of its products to independent automotive workshops and retail customers and has had a presence in motorsport for many years, valuing it as the perfect proving ground for their range of products.

Comma's approach is founded upon their ethos of 'Passion for Performance' which defines every aspect of their business strategy and goals. Its products are available in over 40 countries worldwide, with motor factors and automotive retailers helping distribute their products from professional mechanics to keen motorists.

With a fleet of more than twenty F2 cars to prepare and maintain to the highest standard, MotorSport Vision demands products of the utmost quality. The 1.8-litre turbocharged Audi engine in the Williams JPH1B F2 car produces up to 500bhp in extreme conditions, with no margin for error. Every single one of the F2 cars runs on chemicals and lubricants supplied exclusively by Comma.

"Our relationship with Comma dates back to 2007 when we first used their lubricants and chemicals for our fleet of 300bhp Formula Palmer Audi race cars, as well as our 120 cars on the PalmerSport corporate event programme," comments F2 Chief Executive Jonathan Palmer.
