Fabio Gamberini joins the F2 series as he looks to climb the
motorsport ladder. The 18-year-old began karting at the age of
eight back in his home country of Brazil - becoming the Brazilian
Champion in 2005 - before moving to the UK to help further his
single-seater ambitions.
In 2008 he began testing in the British Formula Ford Championship
before competing in the scholarship class the following year
finishing an impressive third overall. This was followed by a
season in the highly competitive Formula Renault UK Championship,
competing within the graduate series, and securing a best result of
sixth.
This year Fabio has been competing in the F3 Euro Open series where
he's already secured his first win and currently lies amongst the
leading title contenders.
