Calendar
The 2010 F2 calendar was expanded from eight to nine events,
with two races held at each event - giving a total of 18 races for
the championship. Eight rounds accompanied the FIA World
Touring Car Championship's European events, including a first
street circuit round for the new era of Formula Two at the Moroccan
round of Marrakech. F2's season opened with a major Formula Two
headlining event at Silverstone, the home of the British Grand Prix
circuit, and the series also visited the Italian F1 venue of
Monza.
